"Phantom"

Alright… so here’s a new one for you.

We came across a very intriguing video today,
from a rapper named Chester Watson.

And through perusing all the links we could find in the last hour,
here’s what we know about him (it’s not much)….

- He’s young, his DatPiff page says this tape was made when he was 15
- He produces under the name Chza
- He’s a member of Nu Age Syndicate crew
- We think he’s from Florida? Possibly a town called Clearwater, just outside of Tampa?

One thing that we are confident on however,
is that “Phantom” – the title track to his most recent mixtape
& the song that set us out on our quest for more from this mysterious Watson -
is dope.
It’s like if Earl Sweatshirt was a member of Black Moon in ’93…
or if MF Grimm was a teenager in the 2010′s?

Either way, we’re into it.
& its video.
And we look fwd to hearing much more from Chester.
